We’ve listed some of our most frequently asked questions regarding our home renovation, improvement and decoration services. If you have a question that is not listed below then get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to give you an answer!

Will you come out TO MARYBOROUGH?

Yes! We’ll come out to Maryborough, and even as far as Bundaberg. We do installation as far West as Kingaroy, but not for small jobs.

Do you do a free MEASURE AND QUOTE?

Yes, there is no obligation or fee due from you by having Frank come out to you. We’re sure you’ll be impressed with what we have on offer and how we can transform your home!

What warranties DO YOU OFFER?

While the warranties on some goods will vary, we offer at the very least a 12-month warranty on all components. Some things, such as the patio, certain fabric awnings and Crimsafe doors will offer 10 year warranties.

Can I buy items direct from YOU AND INSTALL THEM MYSELF?

No, we offer a full service, where we optimise our products (some of which we make inhouse!) to your needs and install them professionally.
